How to cook the juice of a cold
How to prepare for a cold juice from natural plants and essential oils used in the home of the products you have chosen to your liking.

Recipe of the aloe leaf is very simple squeeze the juice and dig in on 3 - 5 drops in each nostril 4 - 5 times a day, with his head thrown back and back massaging nostrils after instillation of juice.
How to prepare for a cold juice from the leaves of Kalanchoe or plantain and honey. Take the fresh juice of the leaves and add to one part juice 1/3 of the honey, instilled into each nostril as described in the previous recipe, each time preparing fresh juice.
